Mechak Jérôme Vice-captain of the national team, is one of the elders of the current group of Grenadiers and dreams of qualifying Haiti for the League 1 during the 4th and final day of the League of Nations of the Caribbean (CNL) of the Confederation of North America, Central America and the Caribbean (CONCACAF), against the Cuban team, Sunday, March 24 at the Syvio Cator Stadium https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-27235-haiti-league-of-nations-d-5-last-stretch-for-the-match-haiti-cuba.html

Scorer during the last confrontation between Haiti and Cuba on 18 November 2014 in the Caraibean Cup in Jamaica (Montigobee) [2-1] for Haiti : Mechak (56'), Donald (86') for Haiti against a goal from Martinez (89') for Cuba. A native of Liancourt, who passed through the Baltimore of Saint-Marc, Mechak dreams of scoring again.

A qualification which necessarily passes by a victory at the expense of the Cubans, who remember it, counts 9 points in the classification like Haiti.
