iciHaiti - Massacre of La Saline : DCPJ investigation implicates 2 high officials of the State

In addition, following an investigation into the La Saline massacre, the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ) is demanding from the Public Prosecutor's Office of Port-au-Prince the arrest of several persons, including the the Director General of the Ministry of the Interior Fednel Monchery and the Departmental Delegate of West Rigaud Duplan and Jimmy Chérizier an agent of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), Grégory Antoine aka "Ti Grég", Bout JanJan et al for their alleged involvement in this massacre and who must be sent to the criminal court for murder, criminal conspiracy, and illegal possession of firearm among other charges.
