iciHaiti - ALERT : False recruitments of BSAP agents
In a note, the Ministry of the Environment informs that it has not given a mandate to any body or to any individual to recruit for itself or on its behalf, on the national territory, new agents to integrate the Surveillance Brigade. of Protected Areas (BSAP). In addition, at no time the Ministry has been informed by the Directorate of the National Agency for Protected Areas (ANAP) of such an operation.

The Ministry takes the opportunity to clarify to the general public that the duly recognized BSAP agents are in no way empowered, nor authorized, to issue permits relating to wood cutting, the exploitation of quarries, mines and rivers. They are there only to ensure the protection and surveillance of Protected Areas.

Consequently, the Ministry of the Environment rejects all forms of responsibility or consequences that could result from these fraudulent steps and issues a warning to all the authors and accomplices of these dishonest acts while reserving the right to prosecute them in accordance with the law.
