Audain Fils Bernadel Minister of the Interior and Territorial Communities (MICT) learned with dismay the news of the premature death of the accountant and tax expert Jean Rémy Norcy, Deputy Director at the Sub-Directorate of Local Finances who was barely in his forties and passed away with his relatives, a few days after an illness.

In a note The Ministry testifies "its gratitude to the memory of the deceased, for his great contribution to the administrative strengthening of communities. Its commitment and its technical approach have undoubtedly also been beneficial to the policy of the MICT and the government, in terms of decentralization and the strengthening of territorial administration, with a view to leading the country on the path of sustainable development.

In this painful circumstance, Minister Bernadel and the Director General of the Ministry Amos Zéphirin on their behalf and that of all executives, employees and contractors of the Ministry, express their condolences to Celifrance Jérôme and Marc Jerry Norcy, respectively wife and son of the deceased, as well as all his family. The sympathies of the MICT also extend to his relatives, friends and immediate collaborators, particularly those of the Directorate of Territorial Collectivities.

Finally, the Minister bows before the remains of this model servant of the Republic, who joined the Ministry by competition in 2007. He will have strongly marked his time within the Institution by his dedication, his humility, his great rigor. in the practice of his profession as well as his seriousness in the management of his responsibilities.
