Earlier this week during a press briefing, Commissioner Michel-Ange Louis-Jeune, spokesperson for the National Police of Haiti (PNH), gave a summary report of the operation "Terminator I" of the PNH including the Central Directorate of Judicial Police, (DCPJ) for the last 3 months (August - September 2020).

The PNH and the DCPJ carried out during this period 6,525 operations which resulted in the arrests of 4,681 individuals...

211 firearms were seized (handguns and assault rifle). At the level of the ports, airports the PNH seized more than 7,700 ammunition of various calibers while for its part the DCPJ seized 14,221...
