As part of the cooperation with Taiwan (Republic of China) Patrix Sévère, the Minister of Agriculture proceeded this week to the delivery of 20 brand new tillers and 20,000 bags of fertilizers to representatives of 37 blocks of production cooperatives of the Artibonite valley, in order to support the growth of agricultural production.

For the Minister, during the next agricultural season, these new tillers will operate 20 hours a day in order to reduce the drudgery of plowing operations for farmers.

Regarding the 20,000 bags of fertilizer, Patrix Sévère stressed that the goal was to allow beneficiaries to have quality fertilizer and to facilitate access, he announced that the price of the bag will sell for 1,000 gourdes https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-32323-haiti-news-zapping.html throughout the national territory from Tuesday, November 24, 2020.
