In order to establish horizontal communication with his various units within the police institution, the Commander-in-Chief of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), Mr. Léon Charles paid an inspection visit to the members of the PNH Intervention Group commonly known as SWAT-TEAM.

This series of visits is part of the motivation of law enforcement officers by their hierarchical superior at the level of the chain of command so as not to deviate in any case from their mission to protect the lives and property of the population and to preserve public order.

Léon Charles has already made visits to the police stations of Delmas and Carrefour as well as to the Haitian Navy (coast guard). At Carrefour where he congratulated his troops for having driven out bandits in Mahotière.
