iciHaiti - Petit-Goâve : «The rehabilitation of the environment for a green economy»
Friday 11 December 2020 at the initiative of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of the Environment, under the high patronage of the presidency, the 4th day of the economy was held in Vallue (12th section, commune of Petit-Goâve) around the theme : "Environmental rehabilitation for a green economy".

This 4th day, which focused on the environmental problems and challenges that threaten the future of Haiti, leads the authorities to be much more aware of the growing gravity of the situation in order to determine the urgent actions and measures to be taken in motion to remedy this, as mentioned in particular in the speeches of President Jovenel Moise, Prime Minister Joseph Jouthe and Minister of the Environment Abner Septembre.

This 4th day of the economy was very applauded by Giselhaine Mompremier Minister for the Status of Women and Women's Rights present on this day who declared that "[...] the degradation of the environment constitutes a real danger for the Haitian population , regardless of gender and the green economy is an appropriate response [...]" inviting all citizens to come together, whatever their political affiliation, in order to save the environment.
