iciHaiti - Hinche: Installation of the DG of the vocational training center

Dikel Delvariste, Director General of the National Institute of Vocational Training (INFP) proceeded on December 15, 2020 to the installation of Armand Gaspard as Director General of the Vocational Training Center of Hinche after 4 months of satisfactory work of a interim commission.
Remember that this center built with resources drawn from the Haiti Reconstruction Fund (HRF) to the tune of 3 million US dollars in infrastructure and nearly 2 million in equipment inaugurated in August 2018 was still not able 2 years later to serve the population for multiple administrative and technical reasons and strategic.
