iciHaiti - Digicel Foundation : Distribution of thousands of gifts !
Throughout the month of December the Digicel Foundation proceeded with its traditional distribution of gifts through several of its built schools.

In line with the theme of this year's Digicel Christmas campaign, "N ap bay plis" over a dozen schools, individuals and organizations working with children received gifts. Among the beneficiary schools this year, we can mention : the Ecole Saint Francois d'Assise, located in the South department, the Mixed School La Providence in Artibonite and the National School of Catron in the North West.

Among other things, a rather special distribution was held at the Germain de Cazal Community School, one of the Foundation's first schools. In a joyful atmosphere : gifts, Santa Claus, representatives of the Foundation were on hand to end the academic year on a much happier note. Several hundred girls and boys were able to return to their homes with a gift in hand and joy in their hearts.

"Many of us have been looking forward to this holiday season because this year has tested us in different ways. This is the opportune time for activities with family and friends and, above all, to best show them our care and affection. As the health and safety situation remains critical, it is however recommended to respect hygienic principles, and to remain vigilant when traveling. May these holidays bring you happiness and on behalf of the Digicel Foundation I wish you a happy new year 2021 ," declared Sophia Stransky, Executive Director of the Digicel Foundation.
