As a prelude to the festivities of the National Carnival 2021, which will take place in Port-de-Paix on February 14, 15 and 16, 2021, the Ministry of Tourism has organized a training day for tourism stakeholders in the North West, in particular hoteliers, owners of guest rooms, restaurateurs and merchants on the "standardization of tourist services".

Executives from the Ministry facilitated training in reception and reception, as well as in hygiene and sanitation on Thursday, February 11. This session insisted that the revelers and visitors be welcomed in the best conditions and receive a standard service during their stay.

At the end of this training, participants received a certificate to serve and assert that right.
