iciHaiti - Promotion : A Haitian Director of Operations for the first time at DIGICEL

Jean-Philippe Brun was promoted Director of Operations of Digicel in Haiti, and becomes the first Haitian to occupy this position since the creation of the company. Until now Sales Director, he has now been assisting Digicel General Manager Maarten Boute since early February.
During these years, Jean-Philippe Brun climbed the ranks one by one, starting as Sales Director for the Cap-Haitien region, then as National Sales Director in charge of the entire Digicel distribution network, and finally these last two years as Sales Director.
These field experiences have enabled him to travel across the country and to know both the realities of the daily life of customers and the efforts made by all Digicel teams to offer and maintain customers the best service "For eight years Jean-Philippe has constantly shown the example and allowed his teams to progress and deliver performances above expectations," testifies Maarten Boute, adding "He won this promotion on merit and I am all the more proud that it illustrates the success of the internal promotion policy that we have implemented at Digicel. Mr. Brun will continue to lead the deployment of new services for our clients, and we wish him every success."
