This weekend, officers from the immigration control office arrested in the Dajabón terminal a dangerous Haitian criminal escaped from a Haitian prison identified as Luc Jhon, 31, from Anse à Galet, and actively sought by the Haitian authorities, who had launched an international search notice
Luc Jhon was handed over to the J2 intelligence service of the Dominican army, which undertook, under official certification, to hand over the criminal to the Haitian National Police of Ounanaminthe.
