The Executive Council of the State University of Haiti (UEH) informs the university community that any payment relating to fees and registration rights, immatriculation, transcripts, certificates and others Academic activities will now be done through the bank account of the entity concerned, whether in Port-au-Prince or in the provinces.

A special exemption may be granted, if necessary, for amounts equal to or less than two hundred (200) gourdes.

The deanships, the administrative and financial services of the faculties, schools and institutes of Port-au-Prince and the provinces will indicate to the interested parties the appropriate account number. It is understood that this number must be made out in the name of the relevant Faculty, School or Institute of the UEH.

Payments made outside of the provisions of this circular will not be enforceable against the competent authorities of the State University of Haiti.
