The Secretary of State wishes to provide the following clarifications : "Frantz Exantus who is the current Secretary of State for Communication, born July 14, 1975, is Haitian, while the concerned was born October 20, 1979. Since his first trip to the United States of America in 2005 has never had a problem with immigration and American justice. In addition, the Secretary of State for Communication was a journalist at Radio Caraïbes in 2008 and could not at the same time be arrested during the same period in the United States.
