Tuesday, April 29, the students of Lycée Faustin Soulouque Lycéens demonstrated again to demand the resumption of classes suspended since last week.

During the protest, Belizaire Wesner, 18, a high school NS2 student was shot in the thigh during police intervention in the courtyard of Harry Breakman College, according to the victim.

Bélizaire Wesner was rushed to Notre Dame Hospital of Petit-Goâve and should be transferred by helicopter to Port-au-Prince, said Dr Fred Jasmin, Director of the hospital.

Note that the high school students and the students of Harry Breakman College clashed violently with stones.
