Statement by Minister Rockefeller Vincent :
"We are announcing the holding of a series of criminal assizes without jury assistance, in the jurisdiction of Aquin, from Monday 3 to Friday 14 May 2021 [...]
I have instructed all the other Government Commissioners near the Courts of First Instance (TPI) to also work in common with the Deans of the TPI and other actors in the criminal chain to increase hearings and meetings throughout the country.
In the jurisdiction of Mirebalais, the criminal assizes without jury assistance will begin on May 3 and end on June 6, 2021.
Government Commissioners will work with other actors in the criminal justice chain to ensure that hearings take place across the country.
Justice raises a Nation."
