"Everyone, even if they do not have the papers, if they have a permanent address, the Provincial Directorate of Health will locate them and there, they will be vaccinated" the Minister stressed that there were enough vaccines for Dominicans and foreigners living in the country regardless of their migratory situation and not only Haitians but all other nationalities.
