ADIH is stunned by the powerlessness and inability of the Government to restore order and peace in the country.

The irrecoverable losses recorded are primarily human, material and financial. Once again, ADIH urges the Haitian State to assume its responsibilities. It is inconceivable that the country is delivered into the hands of "armed gangs" who sow terror.

ADIH calls on all its members and the great Haitian family to show solidarity with the victims of these acts which only push the country into chaos and degradation.

Dear Government, take your sovereign responsibilities, PEACE and ORDER must reign, our Proud Nation demands it !"
