In a long text published on July 16, 2021, Me Kébreau Zamor, Substitute of the Commissioner near the Court of Appeal of Port-au-Prince, presents a grim picture of the situation of the country before and after the assassination of President Jovenel Moïse https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-34238-haiti-flash-monitoring-of-investigations-into-the-assassination-of-president-jovenel-moise.html and offers a solution to end the crisis.

In the first part of his text, he evokes the consequences of the events of the last two years which led on the one hand to the collapse of the State, characterized by the weakening of the 3 powers of the State and on the other hand the bankruptcy of institutions, the increase in kidnapping cases, the rise of insecurity and gangs.

In the second part of the text, he discusses the assassination of President Jovenel, which he describes as odious, a vile and brutal state crime.

In the third part, he goes on to the need to ensure the continuity of the state and proposes a way out of the crisis.
