Tuesday August 2, the Prosecutor's Office of Port au Prince revealed that as part of the investigation into the assassination of President Jovenel Moïse, 5 warrants to bring had been issued on July 12, 2021 by Me Bed-Ford Claude concerning 5 "suspects" asking the Central Directorate of Judicial Police (DVPJ) to take all measures to bring these people to its offices for questioning.

The warrants to bring states that they are wanted for "murder, attempted murder, armed robbery against the President of the Republic Jovenel Moïse"

List of people targeted by these warrants :

Samir Handall (Businessman)
Paul Denis (Leader of the political party Inifòs)
Liné Balthazar (Leader of the PHTK political party)
Gérald Bataille (Pastor)
Gérard Forge (Pastor)

hould be noted that these warrants were issued without these people receiving any prior invitation from the prosecution and despite the absence of a "flagrante delicto".
