Of the 1,002 cases handled by CAN in July 2021 (-8.07% compared to the previous month https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-34228-icihaiti-health-review-of-the-national-ambulance-center-june-2021.html), 24% were obstetric emergencies, 19 were transfers... This report reveals that the CAN intervened in: 55 cases of respiratory distress; 39 cases of chronic disease; 241 obstetric emergencies; 290 transfers (references and laboratory examinations); 190 various ailments (Discomfort, diarrhea, fever, anemia, abdominal pain, etc...) In addition, CAN intervened in 76 road accidents, 6 gunshot wounds, 21 stab wounds, 18 head injuries and 17 burn cases, as well as 38 confirmed Covid-19 cases and 11 suspected cases. 569 interventions took place in the West, 161 in Artibonite, 66 in the North / North-East, 40 in the North-West, 47 in the South, 90 in the South-East, 0 in the Center, 18 in Grand'Anse and 11 in Nippes.
