This framework document, which has already been presented to representatives of several sectors of the country, deals with the governance of the interim period. During his speech, Prime Minister Henry, presented the critical situation of the country on the economic and social plan, while calling on the forces of the Nation to come together, within the framework of an initiated dialogue which is, according to the Head of Government, "the only possible way to get the country out of its multifaceted crisis." Various concerns and demands, including the start of the school year, the fate of "political prisoners", the high cost of living, armed violence by gangs, were at the center of cordial exchanges between the Head of Government and representatives of popular organizations.
