Monday, August 30 at the Karibe Hotel, Prime Minister a.i. Ariel Henry, met representatives of more than 200 popular organizations from different departments of the country, around the draft political agreement for peaceful and effective governance.

This framework document, which has already been presented to representatives of several sectors of the country, deals with the governance of the interim period.

During his speech, Prime Minister Henry, presented the critical situation of the country on the economic and social plan, while calling on the forces of the Nation to come together, within the framework of an initiated dialogue which is, according to the Head of Government, "the only possible way to get the country out of its multifaceted crisis."

Various concerns and demands, including the start of the school year, the fate of "political prisoners", the high cost of living, armed violence by gangs, were at the center of cordial exchanges between the Head of Government and representatives of popular organizations.

Henry said he was committed to doing everything possible to provide solutions to some of the problems facing our society. This, in consultation with all key sectors of the country.
