A registration form to participate in an arbitration training, called "Okap arbitrage ! Former Développer, Inspirer et Evoluer" currently circulating in the great north of Haiti on the initiative of the International Basketball Official Academy, an unrecognized entity not affiliated with the Haitian Basketball Federation (FHB).

The FHB through the Northern basketball league is totally unaware of the existence of the IBOA which without the permission of the supreme authority of Haitian basketball, promises to issue an international certificate to the participants for a fee registration fee of 20 US dollars.

In order to control and regularize the practice of Basketball in Haiti, the FHB "denounces this project and is preparing to take the necessary measures to avoid these abuses".

For the moment, the Federation is in the process of carrying out an investigation to identify whether FHB executives or licensees are behind this project, in order to take the appropriate sanctions.
