Tuesday September 14, 2021, one month after the major earthquake of magnitude 7.2 on the Richter scale, which devastated the southern peninsula of Haiti, François Paradis, the President of the National Assembly in agreement with the Prime Minister of Quebec François Legault, announced the half-masting of the Quebec flag on the central tower of the Parliament Building, on September 14, 2021, from dawn to dusk.
