Thursday, September 16, 2021, during a Council of Ministers held at his official residence, the Prime Minister, Ariel Henry, proceeded to the installation of Josué Pierre-Louis as new Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, with the rank of minister including the nomination was published in the Official Journal "Le Moniteur" Special #44 dated September 15th.
