The Rectorate of the State University of Haiti (UEH) informs that the Rector Fritz Deshommes proceeded to the installation of the deans in the first faculties created at the Campus Henry Christophe de Limonade (CHCL).

The installation of the members of the decanal body follows the publication of the circular of July 6, 2021 establishing the university bodies at the Henry Christophe Campus. It falls within the framework of the will of the Executive Council of the UEH, together with the members of the Management Board of the CHC-UEHL to further formalize the organization of the Campus in order to respond effectively, particularly to the multiple needs of young people of the great North in terms of university training.

With a set of courses since its launch in 2012, the CHCL-UEH now includes 6 faculties :

Faculty of Health Sciences (FSS) Dean: Michel PIERRE;
Faculty of Agronomic, Fisheries and Agri-Food Sciences (FSAHAL) Dean: Weldenson DORVIL;
Faculty of Arts and Sciences of Education (FASE) Dean: Yrvints JULIEN;
Faculties of Human and Social Sciences (FSHS) Dean: Edelyn DORISMOND;
Faculty of Sciences and Engineering (FSG) Dean: Ones JEAN;
Faculty of Earth Sciences, Environment and Regional Planning (FSTEAT) Dean: Bazelais DULIENCE.

Note that these new Deans have a 2-year term until September 2023.
