Lyonel Valbrun, the Secretary General of the Presidency, reminds agents of the public and private sectors that from Sunday November 7, 2021 Haiti adopts winter time according to the provisions of article 2 of the presidential decree of 7 March 2012 on national time :

Article 2.- From 2 a.m. on the first Sunday of November [November 7, 2021], national time will be set back by 60 minutes.

Which means that when it is 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 7, 2021, you will have to set your clock back 60 minutes. It will then be 1:00 a.m.

Consequently, the General Secretariat of the Presidency invites the population to adjust to winter time in order to avoid any setback in their daily activities.
