iciHaiti - Drug trafficking : 6 Nigerians arrested at the International Airport

Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Toussaint Louverture International Airport, during a routine check, agents of the Narcotics Trafficking Brigade (BLTS) arrested 6 Nigerians (West Africa ): PETER Henry (36), MASIMILA Eduin (23), NNAMDI Godson (37), ONYEKWE Venus Chinaeme (40), NDULUE Celestine (40) and UZOIGWE John Ikechuwu (51 years old) who were ready to take a flight to Paris.
According to the BLTS report, these people were arrested in the act of possession and illegal trafficking of narcotics, they concealed in their intestines 1.76 kg of cocaine.
The Directorate of the Judicial Police has opened an investigation.
