Mena said that the most important thing is the preservation of the security of the Dominican Republic, although this affects the dynamism of trade relations with Haiti, which is the country's 4th largest trading partner with 11.66% of the approximately 8 billion dollars of export in 2020 (Source Trade Magazine of the Directorate General of Customs - DGA)

The DGA report indicates that in 2020, 87.17% of Dominican exports from the national regime were concentrated in 10 destination countries:
