Friday, December 3, the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ), through the Brigade for the Fight against Drug Trafficking (BLTS) during a routine check at Carrefour Trois Rivière (Port-de-Paix) proceeded to the arrest of 3 individuals (Erick Simon: 48 old born in Port-de-Paix, Mike Sarette: 35 years old born in Port-de-Paix and Andy Duplessy: 35 years old born in Pétion-ville, aboard two vehicles in which weapons and ammunition were found and seized.

Weapons and ammunition seized :

Nissan Xterra gray color, plate NN-00021 :
- A Beretta 9mm caliber pistol # BER 277946 with a magazine containing 3 cartridges;

- A 12 gauge Spring Fiel # series A779454 shotgun with 24 cartridges;

Chevrolet Tracker in gray color, plate BB-66592 :
- A 9mm caliber pistol, brand Jennings nine # series 1367346 equipped with a magazine containing 5 cartridges.

For now, the North West DCPJ is in charge of this case pending legal action.
