Haitian Ambassador to Canada Weibert Arthus held his annual meeting with Haitian scholarship holders from Quebec universities to discuss their studies, their experiences in Canada and their future plans for Haiti.

During this meeting, the Ambassador reminded the scholarship holders of their responsibility to commit to the well-being of Haiti by using their training and experiences acquired in Canada.

Ambassador Arthus thanked the Government of Quebec for this opportunity granted to young Haitians to pursue their higher education in Quebec and strongly recalled that "Support for the reconstruction and development of Haiti goes through education of its young people."
