On Monday, December 13, 2021, Miguel Alvarez de Eulate, Director of the Foundation for Strategic and International Studies signed in the presence of the academic manager Mariano Molina Ferrari and the head of institutional relations José Ventura Ballester, a memorandum of understanding of collaboration with Louis Marie Saintil Ambassador of Haiti in Spain.

Under this agreement, the exchange of delegations is planned to study and analyze the various issues and areas of common interest for the economic and social development of the two countries.

To begin with, Spain will receive 2 Haitian diplomats in its master's program.
