By Order published in the official journal Le Moniteur Speciale #59 dated Thursday, December 16, 2021, 3 Directors General were appointed after a decision of the Council of Ministers on December 15.

The citizen Jean Erol Morose is appointed Director General of Electricity of Haiti (EDH);

The Citizen Jean Ronald Joseph is appointed Director General of the National Education Fund (FNE);

The Citizen Reynold Guerrier is appointed Director General of the National Identification Office (ONI).

Friday, December 17 Rosemond Pradel, the Minister of Public Works proceeded to the installation of the engineer Jean Hérold Morose as new Director General of Electricity of Haiti (EDH) who occupies this position for the second time (the first time under Préval).
