Inspector General Jackson Hilaire has been installed as the new Chief of Staff of the Acting Director General of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), Frantz Elbé.

He replaces Inspector General Jean Gardy Muscadin in this position, who has been called upon to hold other positions within the police institution.

Let's recall that Jackson Hilaire occupied since December 9, 2019, the position of Director of the Border Police (PoliFront).

Coming from class 7 of the 1995 promotions, he rose through the ranks : Police Inspector (08/21/1997), Police Commissioner (08/30/2005), Divisional Commissioner (12/29/2015).

He is a graduate of the National School of Police Officers (ENSOP, France), a graduate of the "Inter American Defense College" (IADC, USA) and holds a Master's degree in Security and Defense.
