iciHaiti - PNH : Arrest of the alleged assassin of police officer Anthony Dumas
Gelin Bon-Amy, alias "GG Overdose", a former member of the gang group led by Éric Prospère, alleged perpetrator of the assassination of police officer Anthony Dumas, was arrested last weekend by the North West police.

Recruited as a killer by the "Ti Bois-d'homme" gang group, Gelin Bon-Amy murdered police officer Anthony Dumas, Thursday, July 28, 2022, https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-37274-haiti-news-zapping.html by firing on the vehicle of the Departmental Unit for the Maintenance of Order (UDMO) of Artibonite, in which was the police officer Dumas.

Following this assassination, the National Police in the Artibonite department launched operations that led to the dismantling of the "Ti Bois-d'homme" gang group. During these operations, at least 9 bandits lost their lives in exchanges of fire with the police, and several individuals were arrested : Joseph Johnley (33 years old), Willy Alcius (41), Luccène Andre (39) , Sevigne Wade (14), Suselie Liasar, (23 ), (wife of Jean Renald the bandit who killed Inspector Johnny in the Bassin Bleu police station), Petithomme Madeline (28) and Pierre Céliane.
