He is accused of criminal association and usurpation, he is suspected of involvement in several criminal acts, armed robbery and the murder of at least 5 people from 2009 to our days at the level of the commune of Pétion-Ville.

At the time of his arrest, a false identification badge of the National Police of Haiti was found in his possession.
