Tuesday August 16, 2022, during a routine check carried out in the city of Mirebalais, the National Police of Haiti (PNH) arrested 5 active members of "400 Mawozo" operating in Croix-des-Bouquets. These individuals had fled their territory to escape numerous police operations and were hiding while waiting in a hotel on Route 9.

List of individuals arrested :

1 - Theogène Jonalson (19), from Point-à-Raquette;

2 - Termo Boselet (24), from Mirebalais, “Devarye” area;

3 - Don Shednaèl (30), from Croix-des-Bouquets;

4 - Don Johny (35), from Croix-des-Bouquets;

5 - Richard Jean Edmond (36), alias "W oody", from Croix-des-Bouquets, also one of the gang leaders operating in the commune.
