The Consulate of Haiti in Orlando reiterates to the members of the Haitian Community its firm desire to provide the best services, particularly with regard to obtaining new passport booklets.

As part of the measures it is putting in place with a view to considerably shortening the excessive delays currently recorded, the Consulate asks applicants to apply only to its offices and/or to the official Posts established within the framework of the program entitled "Passport Mobile".

Consequently, the Consulate declines all responsibility in the case of applicants who use the services of individuals or any other entities, operating outside official channels.
