Earlier this week, in the town of Hinche, the police arrested Marcelin Estimable (40), from the 4th communal section "A gwaedyond" (Loméu locality) accused of stealing cattle.

At the same time, the police arrested in the municipality of Belladère, Pierre Sorilien (34) alias "Dieudevan" from "Kasal" (municipality of Arcahaie), accused of kidnapping followed by forcible confinement and criminal association. This individual was on the run, following an arrest warrant issued by Me Lyonel Jean, Government Commissioner at the Court of First Instance of Saint-Marc.
