Franky Arélus (37 years old) from Domond, was arrested by the police on December 29, 2022 in Mirebalais, accused of hijacking goods trucks and raketing...

According to testimonies from several residents, this Arélus also used to racketeer drivers and passengers frequenting the national road #3, at the level of Péligre, Jomou locality.

At the same time, during the same day, in Thomassique, the police arrested Alerte Guerrier (21) from the town of Thomassique, for raping a 16-year-old minor girl.
