iciHaiti - Saint-Marc : Arrest of three members of the «Grand Grif» gang and one of the «Vitelom» gang

Senel Dorisca and his brother Lissage Dorisca were arrested in the city of Saint-Marc after a kidnapping attempt foiled by the population in the "Jean Denis" area. In addition, Florestal Riguenson, alias "Izi," was arrested in Petite rivière de l'Artibonite in possession of an illegal weapon. These 3 individuals were members of Savien's "Grand Grif" gang.
Carly Dousse, was arrested in the city of Saint-Marc while ransoming people during his visit to Bas Artibonite during the holiday season. The departmental intelligence service identified him as part of the Vitel'Homme gang alias "Vitelom" Chief of the Torcel Gang.
