iciHaiti - Gonaïves : 4 members of the Canaan gang arrested

On Saturday January 21, 2023, four members of the Canaan gang (from Sarthe, Cité Soleil) have been arrested in Gonaïves by police officers from the city's police station for their involvement in criminal activities related to the Canaan gang. They are : Bibincer Cesar, alias "Fantom" who was actively wanted by the Police, Farah Bernard, Judelet Elie and Jean Jacques Exama.
These four individuals would be in contact with gangs in the capital to sell in the Far North petroleum products hijacked by bandits based in Cité Soleil and Canaan, according to information processed by the Artibonite Departmental Intelligence Service in concert with those of Port-au-Prince.
