In his remarks for the occasion, Inspector General Trécile urged all staff members assigned to the Logistics Department to work closely with the new manager in order to better articulate all decisions capable of further energizing all services dependent on this important direction. Former Director of the Penitentiary Administration (2012 to 2015), CD Marjorie St-Jean welcomed this appointment and pledged to continue efforts aimed at strengthening the operational capacity of the PNH, one of the High Command priorities. CD Marjorie St-Jean has a long career within the National Police of Haiti where she held various positions including the position of Assistant Departmental Director of the North (2017-2021) before being transferred to the General Inspectorate du Great North as Assistant Manager.
