On Friday, February 10, 2023, Inspector General Jean-Yonel Trécile, in the presence of several executives from the police institution, installed Divisional Commissioner (CD) Marjorie St-Jean at the head of the Logistics Department of the National Police of Haiti (PNH). She succeeds in this position to the Inspector General Alain Auguste, promoted to the position of Central Director of the Administrative Police.

In his remarks for the occasion, Inspector General Trécile urged all staff members assigned to the Logistics Department to work closely with the new manager in order to better articulate all decisions capable of further energizing all services dependent on this important direction.

Former Director of the Penitentiary Administration (2012 to 2015), CD Marjorie St-Jean welcomed this appointment and pledged to continue efforts aimed at strengthening the operational capacity of the PNH, one of the High Command priorities.

CD Marjorie St-Jean has a long career within the National Police of Haiti where she held various positions including the position of Assistant Departmental Director of the North (2017-2021) before being transferred to the General Inspectorate du Great North as Assistant Manager.
