As part of the execution of the development plan and the strengthening of the National Police of Haiti, an inspection tour was carried out by officials of the Land Border Police (PoliFront) from Thursday March 16 to Sunday March 19, 2023, in the North-East and South-East departments.

Principal Commissioner Holden Saintilus, Commander of the PoliFront took advantage of this inspection tour to proceed with the distribution of some materials in the various bases of this specialized unit whose mission is to fight in particular against cross-border crimes while supporting the others State actors operating at border crossing points.

On this occasion, several changes of commander were made.

Commissioner Dolant Volcy has been installed as the new Base Manager of Ouanaminthe. He succeeds Inspector Ronald Marseille who spent two years and three months in this position.

In addition, Commissioner Pierre Wilens was installed on Saturday March 18, at the head of the Anse-à-Pitres base. He replaces Inspector Lormine Pously in this position.
