iciHaiti - DR : A Haitian arrested for raping a two-year-old girl

Dominican agents from the Central Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DICRIM) arrested a 35-year-old man for raping a two-year-old girl of another Haitian national.

The rapist, caught red-handed, has been identified as Elier Adtidos, a Haitian national, residing in the Cayuco section (Dajabón province), where the crime was committed.

The rape with penetration of the little girl was certified by a gynecologist from the National Institute of Forensic Sciences after medical evaluation.

The National Police and the Public Ministry are investigating the case against the rapist to send him to court to face coercive measures.
