To make this school one of the most beautiful in Haiti at all levels and this already taking into account the material, financial and human resources available to the school and of course, as Pénel points out, by creating openings towards other institutions in order to enter into constructive partnerships that can energize this policy of a renewed ENARTS. It should be noted, among other things, that since his arrival at the head of ENARTS, the school has been under construction, work has started here and there to provide the institution with a cafeteria that can serve students, teachers and employees; new arrangements for classrooms facilitating better comfort for the delivery of lessons, etc...
