In this context, driven by a deep concern to carry out the process of processing these files, the General Management regrets that on Monday August 7, 2023 around 7:00 a.m. a group of hooded individuals, wearing the uniform of the National Police of Haiti, under cover of claims, have created a climate of violence and panic in the immediate perimeter of the Institution to prevent employees from having access to it. The National Old-Age Insurance Office (ONA) takes the opportunity to draw the attention of the police authorities to these facts and assures those concerned that it will continue to process the files with calm and serenity.
