Magistrates Me Wendy Tavárez, Me Deyanira Méndez and Me Claribel Mateo after a long investigation found conclusive evidence in the accusation against Gile Ademar (or Yene Adimar); Jackson Pierre (Jacson Pierre) and Joseph Vixamar alias “Vicsama”, presented by the Santiago Public Prosecutor's Office, represented at the hearing by the prosecutor Me Jenniffer Rodríguez (Public Ministry) In her plea before the court, the prosecutor stressed that the 3 men were accused of criminal association with a view to committing gender-based violence, acts of torture and barbaric acts, sexual rape with the use of firearms and aggravated robberies against two women, whose identities have not been revealed to avoid their re-victimization and respect their right to privacy.
