The Commune of Cap-Haitien has made significant progress by modernizing its addressing and numbering system. An ambitious project intended to improve urban management and make daily life easier for citizens.

As a result, specialized training took place over a period of three days at the Chamber of Commerce, bringing together Executives from the Municipality, the Casecs from the three municipal sections and other key players. The session was led by two competent technicians from CNIGS, providing their expertise for the success of the project.

During this training, emphasis was placed on setting up a Geographic Information System (GIS), allowing the collection, analysis, and effective presentation of geographic data relating to the neighborhoods and roads of the municipality. .
